As we men age, we tend to see more and more members of the medical community.  Each, of course, a 'specialist' in their own field of expertise. 
As an example, I had gone to my family physician to be examined for a problem with what might be kidney stones. 
 
He in turn referred me to a urologist for further examination...a young, female urologist.  I saw her yesterday and she was indeed gorgeous...beautiful, actually, and unbelievably sexy as well.

Apparently, well-trained and highly educated, too. With just a quick glance she was able to tell me the first thing I needed to do was stop masturbating. 

When I asked her why, she looked at me and simply said,
